Shipping & delivery
How discreet is shipping?
We ship in plain corrugated boxes with no logos or markings. Your return address shows only our legal name. All customs labels are understated and discreet.
How fast does it ship?
Standard US shipping is 2–4 business days, free on all orders. Expedited (1–2 days) is available at checkout. International orders typically arrive in 5–10 business days with duties prepaid.
Do you ship worldwide?
Canada, the UK, Australia, and the EU. We cover duties upfront so you never see surprise charges at delivery.
Returns & warranty
What's the return policy?
30 days, full refund, free return shipping. We accept returns even if used — condition doesn't matter. Returned devices are recycled, never resold.
How long is the warranty?
Two years on every device. Covers manufacturing defects, motor failure, battery issues, and silicone separation. Replacement or repair is free, including shipping.
What if my device arrives damaged?
Email support@lemvibrator.com with a photo and order number. We typically ship a replacement same-day with a prepaid return label for the original.

How long does the battery last?
